Savanna Studio 2011 | On The Road

The Savanna Traveling Studio is one of the highlights for landscape architecture students entering the program at Iowa State University. The fall semester is divided into three-week sections, to allow for two traveling portions. The first trip will take us from Ames to Minneapolis, then onto the Badlands, Black Hills, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Denver and back to Ames. The second trip will take us south to Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas before returning to Ames.

Day SIXTEEN | On the Road Again

Today was a long day spent on the open road as we traveled from the Grand Tetons to Denver. It was tough for some of us to say goodbye to these magical mountains but more adventures await! Until then, here is a video from our tram ride to the top of Rendezvous Mountain...
